The Institute of Construction Technology (IOCT) was established to contribute to the construction industry, a national backbone industry, through the development of advanced technologies in the construction field and the research of new materials and new construction methods, and to improve the efficiency of education and research investment through the intensive production of construction technicians under the influence of the policy of fostering engineering colleges specializing in construction.
